When I was 16 I was a wordsmith, and my tools were the words that you weren't supposed to say in polite society, I guess not much has changed. I know my vocabulary could be better but I grew up with it... my mother cusses like a sailor.

open end cap, leave lid on, and do OMR's carb mods, makes a great difference.

I sure don't understand why the HPR endcap costs a goldmine, back when Marky owned OnDunes he had an endcap for $50, but OnDunes has that no more. its nothing more than a piece of aluminum with a hole in it, no rocket science, if one shop can make it for $50 they all can. I suggest watching ebay for one.

If that 450R has as that HRC kit I'd be a little worried about losing. Pipe or no pipe.

You should be fine

LOL! I'll remember that at Dunefest! Of course I'll have to redlight to get a shot at you

Yea I would recommend what they have said with the end cap or you could get hubs that are machined for less rotating mass and a 520 chain and save alot of rotating mass on the ds and thatll help alot.

IM thinking of some bigger tires like 22inch so it could give me more top end i want to race ***** out, toped out to me is my best chance beating him.He took his packing out of his muffler, witch everyone says it hurts you so that will be good for me.IM a around 20 pounds lighter than him now that i think abought it.IM thinking uphill dune race to.I will have a k&n and a outerwear cover soon. And hopefully bigger tires in back.Moneys tight best thing i can do for right now,He will have on his 450er nerph bars, but thats it.IM pretty confedent im better rider, he is 13 but very expireinced to.Also cheap paddles for the Badlands offroad park is another idea.

yea you might be 20 pds lighter but a 450 is much lighter then the ds650 its only a race either you win or you don't either way all it is is bragging rights but up hill I think you will take him and if it is a really long drag you should take him also but it takes the ds650 longer to get up to top speed it's just like when I raced a cannondale cannibal we were tied the whole race its whoever rides better thatll win. I was stock at the time and he had an hmf pipe. But if it is a long drag the ds will have a better top end.
