The carbs work great and jet just like the TM's do. Better than the 45's and as good as the 48's but better on top. You do have to get the filters , intake and cable (the TM cable works with a little mod), extra like other carbs.

The 36mm miks came stock on older bmw f650 bikes. They are close to $700 for them. Better off getting fcr's.
