I may have to go this way the 48 Lectron is jut too tall to work with a IMS gas tank. With the PAMI due you have to cut the frame like on the Ron Wood set up?

Yes sir.

You will have to cut the cross-member between the two bolt holes that holds your gas tank onto your bike.

You don't have to cut it out ,just trim it out under the brace. It fits right under neith.

The carbs work great and jet just like the TM's do. Better than the 45's and as good as the 48's but better on top. You do have to get the filters , intake and cable (the TM cable works with a little mod), extra like other carbs.
I see Pami has 36's or 38's, what have been the results with these Mikuni's, who has tried them and with what results compared to the fcr39's ?

The Miks tune easyier than the FCR's. As far as power you can make it with anything if your afr is correct.

The 36mm miks came stock on older bmw f650 bikes. They are close to $700 for them. Better off getting fcr's.

imo. There is no more tunable carb then fcr's. If you really have actually messed with a set you know what I am talking about.

Cant wait to get mine on......
