man those bobusas are just straight up nasty you jsut built around the engine correct but where did ya get the engines from and how hard was the build to do youself. I would love to have one of them.

well its a very large engine and it takes a lot of time and measuring to get everything perfectly strait. It isnt really hard for me but I have been doing them for years . if someone doesnt know what they are doing they can ruin a good quad.

After my pictures get up check out that cut see if you like it or if that is too little fender if you like the look PM me your email address and I will send you a larger better picture of it. I kinda lost my camera in the ocean. I have it it just isn't functional any more man that sucks.
We cut my husbands fenders twice, once they were a little bigger but I personally like the way they look now better. Let me know. I laid out a peice of tape and looked at it the best tape for the job is Electrical tape since it stretches then just look at it if it doesn't look right try again. And we have used many different tools on the plastic and the Dremel works the best in our experience. Hope that helps ya out.

Hey supersonic...go into the galleries and look up BajaDS650. Look at pictures 4-7 you will see the cut fenders. That is how my old DS(currently owned by JetSnow600) was setup, a little different than others, but I liked it very much!
