Hello all,
Well I've bought my 06 outlander 800. Awesome machine so far!
Only thing I'm not happy with are the Carlisle Badlands tires. I won't be doing tons of mud riding but there is a derby next month that should be wet and muddy. I also plan to use the machine in the winter in some snow and ice plowing the driveway. Which leads me to ask 2 questions...
I've been considering buying either Carlisle ACT XLR's or ITP Mudlight XTR's. If you had to choose which would you go for?
Second question on tire size. Factory tires are 26X8-12 and 26X10-12. Any problems mounting 26X9-12 and 26X11-12's on the factory rims?
Thanks for the input.

Well this is on my ds...i got the mudlites in the rear and the badlands up front. The bandlands are a VERY awesome tire and almsot identically copy the holeshots they also grip very well....the mudlites are in the rear and i cannot say enough good about the small lugged version on my ds and the big lugged version on our vinson...simply amazing tire that is very light and grips like crazy....for a 4by4 i would go with the mudlites unless you plan on sporting around like sport quad.
