We fill up in Fillmore, UT. Trucker stop. When we went up we went throught Delta, but if we go this year, I think we'll go up to Nephi and across.

 

Sorry Cynick, I think I'm going to beat you. If I can make it its a little over 800 miles each way with 5 kids. Ages 2, 4, 8, 10, and 12. I'm getting tired just thinking about the trip.....

 

OK you definately win. My sister and mom have 5 kids and I have alot of respect for anyone who can have more than 2. Two is enough of a handful for me.

There is a stop every 50 miles from St George on, right off 1-15 and truck stops in each one.
Seems the pioneers could make it 50 miles back in the day with whatever provisions they could carry. So all the way from St George to SLC there is a decent town every 50 miles.

I'm trying to make it. Not sure if I will bring the whole crew, the 14 hour drive is a hard sell for the wife. If I do come I will be arriving Thursday.

I'm looking at 830 miles if I go 80 and 760 if I go 50. But 80 shows faster.
