I got it from the sherrif that tested me in the parking lot. He said the parking lot was not subject to the same decibal levels that the sand is but if I was over 99 he could ticket me. I assumed he knew what he is talking about.

Well I didn't get a ticket that day because I was under the limit but the kid that was with us sounded off at 102 and the cop wrote him a ticket right there in the parking lot. My other friend argued that he couldn't ticket us since we wernt on the sand and the cop said he could still ticket us because the parking lot was part of the statewide decibal level of 99 like every street and public place is. I just passing on what he said. No offense but I think you are making it sound worse than it is thats all.
