Oregon ?
Evidence
Anywhere but on the sand is 99db max. Only the Oregon dunes which is more restrictive at 93 and sandlake that is 96 are different. If the parking lot is not subject to the restrictive sound level of the sand it is subject to the statewide sound level of 99 decibals. Not that hard to understand.

Well, seeing that pretty much everyone doesnt ride an ATV, at least recreationally, on the pavement, would you concur that the only real limit is indeed 93db for the Oregon Dunes? Maybe... Do you think????? Maybe you just ride in the parking lot ????.... then again, why go from ASHLAND all the way to the parking lot of the Oregon Dunes and ride around ... Hmmmmm. Is this post about the Asphalt of the Oregon Dunes or the dunes themselves? Seems to me your just grasping here. Im hungry... do you want to continue?
How old are you????
