the bike is going to be kept stock to avoid any internal problems or reliability issues

but his was modified up the a$$ and i think he put it back together himself no thats why it broke or am i wrong here.

i would not trust myself or anybody unless they were a skilled mech but thats just me.

I never worried about tippy. I only go striaght. The stock carbs are pretty much useless on a built motor. A correctly tuned engine and a good intake and exhaust make a huge difference. 35mm fcrs can usually be found used for a good deal.
buy the dynojet stage 2 jet kit for the stock carbs,follow the instruction, it will be near or at spot on, ebay always has deals on single exhaust like sparks or hmf full systems, open the air box and get a clamp on filter. you can easily can 10+hp from just that.
