well we didnt get the raptor it was in mint condition but i did not like how it rode at all very tippy and not real comfortable it was pretty fast but the ds will take it it i think were going with the 450r or yfz450 ill just a manual and figure out how to do the maintance myself thanks for the help.

the 450's are both nice quads I sat on a yfz and a 450r and liked the 450r much better and man is that thing quick just be careful because if you step on it and aren't ready the front end is coming up...I just got an 07 electric start they had 05's kick start at the dealer for about $5100 new ...check out my pics and see what you think

 

i wish i would have driven one before i went to go check this one out 150 miles each way 80 bucks in gas. the raptor was ok but it felt like it was going to flip when you took a turn it would lift a wheel it was plenty fast but didnt feel like a quality bike it almost handled like my little brothers 250ex.

 

good!!! not a fan of the craptors. good bikes till you open up the motor, then its a ticking time bomb. 700 raptors are pretty sweet!!! if you get a yfz go 06 - new crank and seat!! early models had problems with big bores- rod was to weak. i love yfz's , just no reverse. soory im not 18 anymore- im lazy!!!

 

yeah were going with the yfz but were going to wait till october/november when the prices come down looking to spend 4500-5000 on a new one

 

Raptor 700's are good. They have a good set of mods now and they take nitrous really well.
