give the ds a few weeks or months, and you wont mind the handling anymore, you willl get use to the shortcommings and use them to your advantage. When you get use to them, you can focus on how to ride the ds and use its power. You will forget about the quick hangling, because you will be use to it. Just give it time, put a few $ into the engin, you willl love it

Yes it helped quite a bit. It basically is just a shock absorber for the steering system and it reduces unwanted harsh feedback in the bars. It also "slows" down the steering, what I mean by that is you pretty much have to intend to turn the wheels for them to turn, no unintentional "darty-ness". I feel it was worth it. Simple install and little or no maintenance.
