I agree mrmeaner.. I also need to give credit to sandbomber.. He showed me that the lighter parts make ya go fast as well. Glenn has pioneered a bunch of one off parts that are custom for the DS..
I still wonder where the heck we would be without HPR, Glenn, And Jeff.

I know my husband is very happy with his Alba pipe no matter how much people don't like it. He does. He also would never give up his Lectron 46 or the Vortex CDI. He will be doing alot more in Dec. or Jan. So we will report more when that is done. I know he can't wait. Neither can I cause mine is next. Yahoo.

I must admit I would not have known where and what to buy. People on the forum that share ideas and pass on what works. It is what make this one of the best forums out there. I am glad that things have settled down and the bickering has stopped. Again great thread 1Big!...

If you ever get a chance to pick up the back end of Meaner's back-end (of his quad) do it. . . that thing is LIGHT!
For me. . .
I love the FCR's - especially the fact that I can use my stock thumb throttle. Bike starts right up and runs great with the FCR's
I really love the Pami 760 - the Torque is awesome. I dune the crap out of that thing and it just pulls and pulls and keeps going.
Finally broke down and got an ODP gas cap a few years ago. . . really like the looks of it and no more worries about a pinched gas tank vent line.
IMS footpegs with kick-ups.
Newer style headlight.
Chrome bumper - (need to do my rear grab bar. . . really like the chrome)
Undercut Tranny
Pami Clutch Springs
Ron Wood Valve Springs (with shim under bucket)
HPR - Machined Hubs for Yamaha Bolt Pattern
THE PREACHER!!!
Preacher lightened flywheel
Crank-case vent - ran longer tubing up over radiator then down under the engine - no silly filter or anyting. . . just let gravity keep the dirt out.
Billet Alum. sprocket cover - ODP - Looks great and easy to work on.
Mothers Powerball - need to use it again but, oh yea - she works
Billet Banshee - Rear LED Tail Light - no more messing with burnt out bulbs
Blue Loctite - if you've taken anything apart on these bikes you know what I'm talking about.
T-Handle and Ball End Allens
Ratcheting wrenches - metric of course
A little grinding on the head and cross-member so I can remove the head without pulling the engine.
MLS headgasketts
Cap head SS Allen Screws on the carb bowl - the only way to go.
I liked the Digatron when I had it (sold the bike) - I think with the Tach option it has a lot of potential and I think a custom billet dash with a spot for a digatron would be sweet.
That's all for now!
