Ok, I just put on a new exhaust. It is a hmf. I just got this and before I start taking out too many screws, could someone let me in on how to get to the carb to re-jet? I got a "jet kit" with the exhaust. It is a 185 "screw". I assume this is what they assume will be a good starting point. Any imput? I have put on a k and n air filter with no other mods. Thanks....

First off welcome to the forums.
Yes that would be a good starting point, what you have to do is take the bottom of the carb off, you may have to remove it to do this. There are two jets inside, remove the main jet which is what you have and install the new jet. This current jet should have the #165 or 170 stamped on it like your new jet has 185, swap only that jet put the float bowl back on and run it. You will deffinately notice a power differance after doing this, the k&n filter is also a very good mod but it needs an outerwear to keep the filter in good shape and it is also keeps out harmful elements, they are $10.99 from rockymountainatv.com.

Alright, another RAZORBACK on the forum. Even though I retired out here in the middle of the Mojave I still have a liitle bit of 'neck ingrained in me. My old stomping grounds having been Pine Bluff, Little Rock, and Memphis, I still have some of that Dirty South stirring sround in the blood stream from time to time. Anyway...
Like Seth said, you may be good with the stock. I would try one size up and play with the a/f screw some to see if you achieve a little better performance gain.
