Hey raidermike67

I'm a semi local guy. I tried PM'ing you but it wouldnt work. Let me know if your down to do some snow riding or any other moderate riding. I live in Pollock Pines and we can ride out from my house if ya want.

I ride too agressive since im still recovering from a near fatal car accident.

What do you think.

I ride a P700

Hey Cardiac, how do you find out about these upgrades and recalls? Through your dealer I suppose, huh? Seems like every time I stop by my dealer and ask him about whats new with my bike, he never has much to say about it. But every time I hear about something on this forum, then I say something to him about it, he says "oh Yeah, tahts something they just came out with". I suppose thats only about par with my dealer. He's only about half with it, anyway. As I know you have heard me speak so highly of him in the past. Just thought there was somewhere I could find out about these things on my own. Let me know....thanks, SS800

You can take all the "shootouts" and put them in one bucket and you won't have beans.

I feel your pain in trying to deal with the stealership. Mine does not know squat. I pick up information on this and other forums and try to pass it on to the dealer, but usually they say 'we will look into it'. Man I really wish there was another CanAm dealer near me........

I think a lot has to do with whether you bought your machine from the dealer who is doing the service. Some are more then willing others don't want to bother. I took my first Outlander to Anytime Powersports in Sacramento for it's service the the first thing the guy asked was if I bought it there, then he kind of gave me some run around story that if they found any warranty work I might need to take it back to the dealer I bought it from blah, blah, blah...All they ended up doing was change my oil, I told them it was idling a bit rough, they didn't even bother to adjust that, they didn't even change my sparkplug. Went back about a week later to have a blown out tire changed and they wouldn't do it for me, told me to take the wheel to the dealer I bought the quad from....I was dumfounded, it still irritates the heck out of me when I think about it. The dealer here in Marysville not only did all services but gave me a programmed key and a couple of posters. They did ask how come I didn't get my quad from them but they had almost nothing in stock but a 650XT at the time, it was tough to even find an 800 standard model in yellow.....thought I was gonna get stuck with red.
