Just a follow-up on the company. It started in 1942 when J.A.B. invented "the first car that rides on snow." His cherished vehicle became the forerunner of the world's first production snowmobile: Ski-Doo. Bombardier is a $8.5 billion company with 47,000 employees in eleven countries. Bombardier was gifted with natural mechanical skills. As proof that it is true, when he was just thirteen, he was able to successfully make moving toy boats, locomotives and tractors using clock mechanisms! He was a native of Valcourt, Quebec. At 15 yrs. old, he invented the snowmobile with his brother Leopold.
