Polaris specs. PVT tranny. Here
Polaris is belt driven not chain..
Can Am is the same.
My whole point was a pair of CVT trannys pulled out a full sized truck. To me thats not a kids toy..

all that you guys talk about is how fast it can go, " oh yea my atv is faster than yours" but is being the fastest mean its the best? How fast is too fast? Does owning the fastest ATV make it hill climb and go thru mud better? When I look at an ATV I look at its torque at rpm spec and my little Eiger 400cc's has more torque at a lower rpm than the 800 Can Am does.

Let it go man. My dad has an Eiger and his has been a great machine. Except for the oil plug and spark plug it's never had a wrench on it and it's got over 5000 miles. So far no one has disrespected you or your machine so just let it go. If you walk through the lions den yelling how bad you are all you are really doing is calling up the lions>>>>>>>>

This thread was started by canam asking us if we think his stock Outlander can beat his buddies built Grizzly. The whole basis of this thread is RACING and how FAST these machines go. So for you to come on here and blow smoke about your Eiger and the kind of torque it makes and how well it climbs rocks and bla bla bla bla is just nonsense. This thread has nothing to do with your Eiger. NO BODY CARES.
Im not trying to discredit Eigers, Im sure they are great in there class. But for you to compare one to an 800 Outlander or any big cc machine is insane. That would be like the best High School Football team in the state to challenge the Super Bowl champs saying....Well we average more yards per game and we have more sacks and interceptions than you guys (Super Bowl champs) so were a better team.
