I would want to know if you have had of the problems with the held metal ring of of the posterior conical brace. In Italy many have unscrewed with consequent spillage of oil and breach of the pinions.
thanks.

believe me, we would all like to help you, but don't understand your problem.
Take your problem over to the Aurora Wheelers atv forum. All outys over there, this is mostly a ds sport bike forum. With more Outy riders over on that forum, you may get better results.

cc1999, and THEBOM would be good ones to talk too. They have more experience with the Outlander than anyone I know of. Also, shops like Ron Woods and Nmotion have had the Outlander apart many times.

I think the question is some how related to the venting of the rear diff letting water in and causing him rear diff problems. But I have know idea what would be the cause there. I ride in the sand and water activities are at a minimum for the areas I ride .
