Is anyone out there using the woods 7 cams, if so do you like them and what is your set up, such as compression, head work, pipe and carb. Thanks.

I runem with the 7! But to make the complete package you better have 35.5pwk's, timing advanced at least 7 degrees and dont forget the sponge bob grips! A little fab work from old Lumpy dont hurt ya either! Sorry John i had to get a smile out of ya!

Ive been told that you want to stay away from the wood 7 cams. Something to do with crank problems, but I cant remember exactly what.

What I heard on the crank thing is you want to run a lightened flywheel with them because of the rpm's you turn. Robertson thought they'd tried them on my bike way before I bought it and they were a lot worse than the web 110's that were in it, so I;m trying to find out if anyone has had good luck with them.

DSMike ran these cams 4 years ago and reved to 10,500 between shifts.
I am sure he lightened the flywheel. He tried many combinations with these cams by degreeing them. His last combination was with two exhaust cams. He no longer has the DS, but he was the guru of cams at that time. He and Biggerisbetter were the DS champs back then. Both have moved on, sure miss their input.
