I had my first ride last weekend after having my head ported. While I had the head off I also went with a thinner head gasket to put me at 13:1. I'm running Sunoco 110 and I made zero carb adjustments and she ran great all day. I defintately got some of my low end back from the added compression and she really wants to rev like a 450 now. Overall I couldn't be happier considering it cost less than $350 for everything. Fuel at $7/gallon kind of sucks but I'm not complaining

Chuck Glender at CG Performance in Oregon did the head porting. I stayed with stock valves.
I bought the Sunoco 110 at Ramos Oil located in West Sac. They are located at 1515 South River Rd close to the Rivercats stadium. I called PacWest a little over a week ago and they were wanting $8/gallon for Sunoco 110.
