I bent my rear axle on my DS this weekend, im wondering if there is anyone on here that has a stock rear axle they would like to sell? I was on ebay and didnt find anything!
What is all involved with changing the axle? Is there anything else that needs to be replaced, or just the axle?
If no one has one on here where is a good place to buy one stock or aftermarket?
Any info is greatly appreciated!

thanks, the 01 axle is the same as the 03 ds baja?
I ran my quad on a jack with the tire and rim off and it wobbles pretty good, just bent on the left side the atv!
Do you know much about Durablue axles or lonestar, are they that much more stronger than the stock DS axle?

 

03 is the same as 01. no idea on the price of a durablue. you might also post in the "whats in your garage" thread that you need an axle.

 

Well check out the bearings and carrier to see if there was any damage to them...I have a durablue axle and holds up pretty good for me but I am also 160 pds...If I were to choose an axle from the lonestar and the durablue I would choose the lonestar over it, but it depends on how much you jump and if you need it or just go with a stocker.
