You are gravely mistaken if you think everyone rides ATVs hard. You can not pass a abused ATV for a low used mint condition one if you tried. You name any machine made and its out there used in mint shape for thousands less.

If you pull up to mister suburbia,s house and a 40 yr old man has to move his SUV to show you his gleaming with stock tires (with the little **** still not worn off) 800 with 40 hrs on it ,buy it!

If you pull up to a red neck's trailer and meet a person 20yrs old wearing his ball hat backwards and he shows you a modded out 800 on its 3rd set of tires,,Run!

I like the thrill of the deal. I bought a 04 F-150 last year with 20,000 to the golf couse miles on it. I paid $12,000 less than what the guy bought the truck for new. For $12,000 I will let "some" people put the first 20,000 miles on my truck.

HeIl Ya! To me its about quality of life, and I wouldnt be happy with somethin unless its exactly what I like. I'm not exactly tha settlin type. That dagum renegade fits tha bill for me, I read all those reviews about it trail ridin ok and I didnt necessarily believe them but it really does a great job. This machine continues to impress me I've yet to find somethin I can't do with it , some I wont because its so pretty and new but that'll fade here for long. Happy trails yall

I just bought one on Friday in Iowa. The otd price was 9300 (8650 atv, tax-600, and then registration) and he also gave me some good discounts on accessories. I would look around or put some pressure on your deeler. I also found one in Minnesota at a store for 8550 otd. I bought the one in Iowa because it is only 5 minutes from my house. Wow, what a ride it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think anyone who gets one now for less than MSRP, while there in high demand is doing alright. That's before taxes, and reg etc. by American currency standards. I wouldn't necessarily buy used either, but you never know you just might get a good one. Anyone else have a problem starting it in gear with the brake on?
