When will Can-Am make a side-by-side????
from what I've been told (by BRP | Can-Am), it will be atleast two years before we will see a Can-Am side/side. From what I gathered from our discussion, Can-Am was fully committed to their MAX design (front/back) for two rider vehicles. They do now however recognize the significant sales that Yamaha & Arctic Cat have realized from the Rhino and Prowler. That coupled with significant feedback to their DSMs (District Sales Managers) from dealers has caused Can-Am to take a closer look at the side/side market. The impression I got is that Can-Am is in the early (not mid or late) stages of a side/side design...hence the two year wait to get product to market.

word is they are making 2 side by sides. one for the utility minded. the other for the sport minded. motor for the sport is something new. not anything out yet. not even the spyder...........
