Default DS 650 oil hose question

I just noticed that I may have a small leak in the black hose that goes from the bottom of the oil tank (the one that attaches to the oil tank screen fitting) to the metal spacer fitting that is under the radiator. It is some type of braided black hose that they don't carry at Pep Boys, Kragen, etc. Does anyone know what type of hose this is, and where I can get some in bulk (the OEM part is like $37)? Would there be a problem with just using regular 5/8" oil hose instead? Also, where the bottom of this hose attaches to the metal fitting near the bottom of the radiator, it uses some type of clamp, similar to a regular hose clamp, but with no screw. Would there be a problem with using a regular hose clamp of the appropriate size instead? I would like to replace this hose before I put $40 worth of fresh Amsoil into the motor. Any input would be extremely appreciated. Thanks.

You should be able to go to a parts store and cut some braided or reg hose off and just adapt it to the fitting or just look on ebay or someone else should have some they will sell you on this forum...Check with nickds and see if he has an extra hose.
