We hit St. A's every year for Labour day weekend.
The weather is perfect for ridding - usually around the mid 70's.
It about a 20 hour drive for my the St. A's, but we still manage to make it there a couple of times a year.

 

I would like to offer an amendment to the original motion. . .

Remove the poll for date. DS Day's should be labor day. . . change that and it's just another GATHERING.


No, I don't know where the 4SCS will be for the fall. I assume they are looking at Sand Mt, Nevada or Sand Mt., Utah.

If anything, set-up a poll to have DS Day's at the same location as the 4SCS.

I have only been to utah once so I honestly cant say what its usually like on laborday but for the past 15 years I have been at sand mountain nv and its non stop hill racing from 11am to dark. I know that 2 people have said nevada was my choice but I have not said that in this post or any other for the last 6 months .... BUT IT SO "IS" MY CHOICE!!! guess I'm no longer neutral huh? Hey Nate, are you the guy who camped right behind my trailer at last years DS days and cooked I believe ribs in the ground??

 

Nate did cook ribs , and we cooked 2 Dutch ovens full of ribs in the ground. That's the first time we met ya Super.

 

Super, my sorry was not in reference to me thinking that was your vote (completly anyway), more so to the fact that you really like it there, and I was dissing it. Maybe there is more there then we have found, but the couple times I went (we showed up for a day ride at DSdays 2 years ago) it was super hot. So was Utah last year.....
