doebeck efi controll unit

Can anyone give me any info on these units. Do you have to have engine modifications to use the doebeck or can you run it with stock motor. Any info would be great. I have a Can-Am 800 XT.

You would at least have to have a pipe for the dobeck or any TFI to be nessecary.
