Default EFI not pumpin

Yea i put on that injector cleaner this morning, i couldnt just dump it in my tank cause the fuel isnt being run thro, so i took the injector out and put some on it, drained my fuel line going into the injector housing and put some in there too, re-installed everything, tryed to start it and the motor fired for 1 second, was the cleaner on that end of the injector gettin sucked into the motor. I checked my injector and its def spittin when i turn the fuel pump on, but why isnt that gas gettin spit into the motor enough to start 'er... the gas is good, just put fresh in this week, and the old gas was drained from the fuel line just in case it was water logged. The fuel is flowing, when i drained the gas i left the fuel line off and turned the key on and the fuel pump pumped the old gas out of my lines. I never took the fuel filter off, but the gas is flowing so the filter must be fine. I dont know how to check the fuel pressure, all i know is the fuel lines get pretty stiff so theres enough pressure to get the gas to the injector. The connection to the injector is good, and the wire connections look good. The only thing that stands out is the gas is watery, only makes sense since the injector is spittin gas to the housing / intake when i turn the key on, thats the only thing i can think of...

Plug or crimp the fuel return line returning to the tank. this will push more fuel through the system. this is only a very short test. It will ruin your fuel pump if you leave it plugged for long. I had my fuel regulater go bad once and this was how I figured it out. Try it and let us know. If it starts immediately shut it off and get a fuel pressure gauge. I think I have an inline gauge you could install permanently.

Yea well atleast you are getting gas finally which is starting to look like a good sign just try the test to see if you are building enough pressure to push the amount of gas needed and we shall see what happens...Get back to us with your new findings.

I would check the fuel pressure before you start buying things. Its hard to tell whats going on with that thing over the internet. Have you contacted KMS yet and see if he has any ideas. Since its his system I would think he would know exactly what is going on.

So know you are getting fuel out of the injector right? I would get a fuel pressure guage and check your fuel pressure to see what it is.

Does it always fire? meaning have you pulled a plug and checked to see if it is firing when cranking? Maybe it is not firing right. I dont know. Just a thought. Like I said this thing is aggravating me...lol

Efi is so simple yet so complex that one little thing will throw it out of wack.

Well with efi it could be a thousand things and over the internet is difficult to diagnose the efi system...What I would do nick is take the whole efi system apart clean everything and start from stage 1 and work your way back to the whole thing being mounted and such...Clean each wire surface and make sure and double check to make sure you have everything in right and then I think you will get it...Just take all of the sensors and efi out and start over.

or if you can possible take pictures of the system and routing and if you can get a video that would be helpful in the diagnosis.

I just talked to Kelly today, he had me check a couple things, one of the things was an orange wire that was taped off, he said that had to be connected to one of the wires from the stator, sayin that told the fuel pump to keep runnin during the cranking of the motor and it wont run without that connected, only kicker is that i ran the thing for a year with out that orange wire connected... lol and have only had a problem since re-installing the system, so i connected that orange wire like he said, FINALLY got my new battery and installed that, hoping that would do it i turned the key on and hit the start button, all i got was a grinding noise comin from around the battery area... WTF NOW lol, anyone ever get a grinding noise when they hit the starter?
