renegade boot

Default renegade boot

has anybody changed a front outside boot on a renegade? i cant seem to separate inside bearing
from hub there is no clip! dont know if this is the same on an outlander.

here's my guess....hammer...block of wood...hit repeatedly till finger is smashed....drink lots of beer,then repeat steps 1-3..sorry only did inside axle on outlander. but there was a c-clamp on there ....only thing is it's not were you can see it. it's on inside of the bearing.. hope that helps but if not repeat step 3.

there is a c clip on outside hub also. found out from dealer.

to fix this issue, first you need cut your a-arm gaurds so next time you run your 800 pound gade into a rock it won't bend into your boot. then call your electrician to help.
