How fast are Renegades?
#12
If you are trying to compare it to a sports quad, that would be wrong, its the fastest of the 4x4 quads, not as fast a a raptor or a yfz 450 but faster thna 450 r kawi, hope that will give you an idea.

I was at little Sahara OK last wekend and there were a couple of em out there with pipes and bigger tires beating rap700s and yfz/suz/kaw 450s. Ive even seen outlanders that fast that just have pipes and just regular bolt on stuff.

My kfx with a blower on it tops out at 93mph (so far)... that's a clutch (CVT) limitation, not engine... if the Cam-am has a clutch that doesn't limit it as much... should be able to break 100 no troubles.

Well that's at the crank, and the blower eats 20hp off the top so more like 110hp. That's the downside of a blower, with a turbo you would get to use almost all of the 130hp.
It's all in fun. I hear the cam-ams have a helix on the 2ndary pulley of the CVT? If that's true you guys can really tune the CVT to match the engine. The KFX does not have one of those so we can only fine tune, not make real changes to the curve.
