Yes, if you have any mechanical skills at all you will not have any problems what so ever. If all else fails take a lot of pictures during removal. I still do this after years of mechanic work. Always nice when the ol' "where in heck did this plug into" question comes. Thing is there are not much to remember on your quad. Basically, make sure to get torque specs, and remove ALL of the old gasket material away before putting back together.
