It is a well known business principle that they even teach in basic business management (BA206). I remember it well and I agree with it. It applies to any business......including the ATV performance industry.

Don't act like you don't use it in real life........Successful, mature people only burn bridges on very rare occasions.


And don't give me this "Holier than Thou" crap..... I definitely don't think I am better than anyone else....all I am saying is there is a handful of people around these forums who have never learned to deal with their frustration in a positive way. There are way more people on these forums that handle poor service in a classy way than those who drag it out for all to see at first chance. I would say the ratio is about 100 to 1.

I have only seen it from a half a dozen people since I've been around here. I got caught up in it a couple of times and I felt bad for doing it and I hated that I had fallen in that trap. It is completely self centered and without strategy.

That is my opinion.....and you know what they say about opinions..........

Anyways most public creucifications are do to the lack.private settlement and im sure most do try to settle there battles be hind closed doors but thats not always the only way if there is failure to resolve one must seek public opion sometimes if only to have there piers say DUDE YOUR OUT OF LINE HERE.At very least And maybe too agree with them and give the cuplrit what they need a cautionary warining for all those that might fall into the same trap.I for one am happy to know what heppened here because i would be realy pissed if i had not been warned about this builders poor customer service and so many friends were aware of there poor buiness pratices.

LOL, most people know that I don't care for a certain builder's products or customer service. All I have to do is hint at that on these forums and AZSAND sends me a threatening message to lay off that builder.

I honestly think the majority in this industry have good intentions.

But, so many of them cant prioritize their workload.

When you start robbing Peter to pay Paul...sooner than later Paul will not take the same old excuse of "give me 2 more days".
