If the main valve is leaking, Jim will replace them. Make sure you ask for a replacment of the same "flow" type. He has several different flowing valves, and you'll want to match your older flow type with the new one. If you get a higher flowing valve, then you will get too much nitrous and possibly have a lean condition. If he gets lazy, and says that you'll need to adjust your nitrous to the new valve, then you can be assured that you are NOT getting the same flowing valve.
That brings us to the BOSS regulator. It regulates only bottle pressure, not flow.

Valve O rings do go bad. But I've never seen a new O Ring blow before a blow off valve does. But im sure there are stranger things that have happened. Are you sure the leaking is coming from the O-Ring and not the valve? Most of the time the big problem with Jim's O Rings is that they swell up once exposed to Nitrous and when you remove the valve you have to wait abount an hour to get them back on! LOL
