Default New Can Am Outlander 650's here

Well my buddy and I are now proud owners of a couple of Can Am 650 XT Cammo's. We have made about 100 miles so far and Wow what power; the handling is great and drives like a quad half its weight.
So now the question:
What is the best method of raising the air intake to the CTV?
It looks to us like it is way too low for deep water crossings, so what do you knowledgeable quadders suggest?

So far my upgrades/mods are, mounted a 3000 lb winch to the rear, added a 2" receiver c/w D ring, hot grips, scabbard, bow mount, front D ring. That's it for now but more to come.
Any suggestions?
