DS650 Bogs under full acceleration, can someone help me

I took the pipe apart and theres barely any muffler packing left. At most theres under a handfull laying at the bottom of the muffler where it joins the header/engine.
The muffler itself is basically empty. Theres no muffler packing left really.
Is this going to be a problem other than the noise?
Can this be a backpressure issue and can it affect my performance?

The pipe should be fine, except for noise. The carb should have a vacuum tube connected to the intake tube if it is stock. Rejetting is a breeze if it is stock, remove the bowl and pull out the main jet and put in a bigger one then put the bowl back on. You may have to remove the carb the first time cause the screws on the bowl usually strip the heads out if they have not been replaced.
