We are up and running, Sounds strong ,Would like to dyno.
Who would recommend to dyno with ,and how much do they charge.
I live in washington state north of seattle.
Have some pictures of carb's and intake system on my picture page.

I don't have any info about the dyno, but those pictures are awesome! A couple are pretty small, but still very sweet. Maybe some bigger pics and a few of the whole quad someday?

NICE!! I cant help with a dino but I will like a update on the thing and I also would like to no about the intake if you can? Looks cool

I made the intake , I made two of them , one for tm45s, one for tm48s
Will post more pictures of bike later , I COULD NOT get it to accept any
thing larger on picture page,am i doing something wrong??
Will post a dyno sheet , when done. Can not waite to get it in to the sand!!

that is interesting on the dual 45's most can't tune a single let alone duals. what are you using for a throttle?

have you worked on the return spring to make the pull less challenging.I was able to work the stock cable for the single 45, wasn't much harder than the stock carb. i ran the 45 for years, but the dual 39's are next n line i like the look of that intake better than the rubber one, bmw offers, did you do a flow test to compare?

Yes , I have made my own spring when i ran single tm45 until
RON WOODS came out with there light weight spring.
I did not run a accelertor pump . When we went to twin carbs we
put an accelertor pump on , WAY TWO BIG OF A HOLE to fill all at
once, needed more fuel on take off. Have not done a flow test,
but have been running carbs for over a year now on 730 .
I see you have TVI 720 Have you dyno at TVI ? IF so how much do they
charge , pm me with amount if you do not want to post in the open.

Here's the Dyno I've used S&S Motor Sports Kenny & his wife Kelly run the shop.....TOP NOTCH people. You have to talk to him about his prices [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
