Default Swing arm-plastic sprocket guard

Hello,

I purchased an aluminum Skid plate to replace the plastic guards now in place. I removed all the bolts from the existing guard but it does not budge. has anyone replaced this ?? Is there a trick to it ?? any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Use a B.F.H. They should pry off and try some WD-40.

Heck yeah dude. What he said. They are just really tight on there and have to forced off. I had to do it a couple of months ago when I replaced my Carrier bearings.
