Actually that FORD service manager was so far off his rocker, maybe it was his own wierd way of proposing to me! Sorry Mr Service Manager, my shuttles dont swing that way!

Good Service - What does it really take?
Lots of years in Auto repair complaint resolution. Most dealerships only have service departments because the factories require it. Don't expect a lot unless you are a large account. I will take some heat over this, but a dealership is a great place for poor service and repair people to 'hide'.
