Is this the same shop that made this claim in an earlier post from you:

"For those wondering what I am doing I am putting in a JE 10.75-1 piston, new valves, Web mid range cam and Dune porting. They say I should get 18 - 23 more horsepower"

A couple of things stand out to me.

1st I do not think JE makes a 10.75:1 piston. They may be getting to this ratio with thick gaskets though.

Which Web grind are they using?

If all you are looking at is mild porting and cams with a 10.75 piston the 18 to 23 HP claim seems a bit of a stretch and I would be cautious.
