We got a custom cable done from Motion Pro. We had to send in our carb and they made a cable to fit. It was about $70 or $80 bucks.

How is the quality of the cable from Motion Pro ? I am on my 2nd Lectron cable now and they keep fraying at the same place. Why did you have to send in the carb. Could they not do it with the cable alone ?

We asked if we could just send in the cable and they asked for the carb. We sent the cable also but they didn't need it. Not sure why they needed the carb. Seth has been using the cable for almost a year now with no fraying or problems at all. They work fast too. We called and sent a letter with the carb telling them what we wanted. Seth runs a twist on his bike and he wanted a shorter throw also. It could stand to be a little shorter but is a very good cable so far. Hope that helps. But if you are not running a twist throttle then they should have the length.

Cynick - Thanks for the susgestion, just got my cable back from Motion Pro today and it is a super clean set up. Much better then the miss/mash I had going on before.

Just came from the shop and I can't believe how nice the new cable works. The price was very respectable as well. Cable was $35.00 buck plus shipping.

Thanks Again
