I've got an '07 800 Outlander, and just recently it's started having an issue. When I go to start it up, it just makes an electronic noise very similar to the one it makes when you turn the key to the on position. It only does this when it's cold, once it's warm it fires right up. Just curious if anyone else has run across this issue. Thanks for any feedback.
