I have just purchased a oulander 800 (traded in the polaris scarmbler). Love the machine so far, one concern though it seem to have a lot of drive train noise when coming off of a hard stop seems to be slack in the drive train is this normal with the canam?? I do have a King quad 700 also and I have not notice this on previous machines

No the turbo sound is great the sound I'm worried about is a clank that sounds like it as excessive slack in the drive train

You're right to be concerned, that clank noise when accelerating from a stop should not be there. Puzzles me a bit that it only happens after a hard stop. No other time? Can't make it do that any other way can you?

We have 07 500 & 650 outlanders, they make that noise. We have 1000 miles on them.
