Hey guys. I haven't been on the connection in quite some time. Whats been going on with all of you? Any new news or updates. Hope all is well for everyone.

I've been busy with a new business and the foreclosure market it really high now, so it has been keeping me busy. Getting ready to be a Dad in March to a little girl, that has been taking my time also. Plus moving to the middle of knowhere.
