I'm getting the grinding noise when I start up every now and again. I took my right cover off yesterday, and my starter, starter gear, and flywheel all have perfect teeth. With this in mind, it must be my sprag clutch that everyone else has go out. My question is to the people who have done this replacement before. I would like to know if I need any special type of puller to get the flywheel off, and also I would like to know all the torque #'s for the bolts in there.

Yes there is a special tool that is used, Motion Pro sells it, as long as you have to pull the flywheel, just as well get it lightened.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
