Default Procedure for replacing oil pressure sensor?

On a 2005 Outlander 400 - it looks pretty simple, like you just unscrew the old one and screw the new one in, but I have a couple of questions...

- what is the torque spec?

- do you need to drain all the oil out of the machine before replacing it?

- on the exploded view of the parts lookup screen, it shows a drop of something being applied to the threads. Drop of what exactly? Never-seize? Loctite? please elaborate!

Thank you!
