I would start with the 185 and you might need to go bigger.

As far as checking your battery for charging you need a multi meeter set on DC current it should read 12V when sitting and somewhere between 13V 14.5 V when running if your battery is not properly charged to full.

What should it read if it is properly charged to full, sitting and running? Hopefully it's not that, it's a new battery that's kept on a trickle charger!

I am not possative if it is fully charged. I would turn on the lights while it is running and see what voltage you are running. If it is running and above 12V your system is charging You should not have your battery hooked up to a trickel charger all of the time unless it has a battery monitoring system on it.

Here's the link to the battery charger I have it hooked up to. Is this no good?

Good call. Is there a method to make sure everything is flowing correctly, besides for to obvious debris in front of the radiator?

This looks to be a standard battery charger this will charge a battery great and desulfate it properly but it is not intended to be left on your battery more than 24 hours. I would read your manual to make sure. You should be running something like a product called the battery tender it will monitor your battery and charge it when it needs charged and then turn off and refresh it when needed. The one you have probably just charges no matter what and will boil all of the fluids out of your battery over time or burn up the cell plates.
