Sounds lean. Richen the needle 1 turn.

Thanks eric thats what i meant to say but im stressing today trying to get these bikes ready for FSC tomorrow and my heads up my rear.Any ways thats the advise i would take ericpcars. That is the neat thing about this site there are some of the best Fourstorke mechanics in the world hanging out here. And to be honest im the bottom of the barrel. But thats not a bad rating when you hang out with a group like this.

If hesitation goes away, but when at idle(1400rpm) motor loads up and sometimes dies, try this:
1- The metering rod needs to be set with just being alittle on the rich side and have a good idle.
2- If after setting metering rod there is still a hesitaion, pull out the jet on top of the power jet(s) and see that the jet does not have any debris that can cause blockage. If clear, then purchase some more jets that are 2 sizes larger.
3- Install larger jets and tests. With stock cdi the vacuum signal with a 48mm is poor. You may want to get a more agressive cdi that by increasing the low end vacuum signal will get the powerjet(s) to kick in alittle sooner.
