I had a lot of problems with my Bombardier and found out about some factory defects.I also was wondering if anyone knows about any others. The first one was a defective front brake line. The fix on that is they add a generic zip tie to it. The second factory defect is the temperature control sensor, which lies on the top of the motor. Some other problems that I was having was at a low idle there was a horrible nocking sound in the engine. The dealer said that they all have that sound. Also my bombardier does not start in the cold weather without having to add jumper cables because my battery runs dry. Probably the last thing that I could think of at this time is the rattling noise in the rear when I do hill climbing. Keep in mind that this 4-wheeler is only 5 months old.

shamen,
that sound that your hearing while climbing is probably your chain tension you will have to tighten it. Also adjust your suspension according to your weight or your chain raoller is gunna snap.

If the muffler packing burns up, the baffle can rattle around in the muffler.
