ds90 bad bike

Default ds90 bad bike

as you know i just bought a ds 90 for the first three weeks it ran great then all of a sudden quit i took it to the shop and turns out its the cdi box i got it home and my girls rode it for about an hour everything was ok next morning we went out to start it and it would not start so i did the spark test again and sure enough no spark i took it back asap and they tell me its the cdi again my question is this is it common for the same part to go within a day? whats causing this problem the garage says its a bad part can it be my luck to have two bad cdi boxes? being that the bike is financed is there a way to give it back and get my money back? or am i stuck with this piece of crap i havent even made a payment on it can someone please give me some advice

I'm in the same position with a ds90x. Haven't even started my fight yet, but from what I hear brp tries to do whatever it can to fix the bike. They usually don't take them back or even give you a new one.

Default ds90 bad bike

Has anyone found a way to make the DS90X faster? Other than the grey wire on the CDI box. The bike looks bad *** but is slower than a turd. the bike shop I bought it froom new less about the bike than I did. Not very comforting.
