where can i get some iridium plugs for a 06 ds

Here is what I've found on them.
NGK Iridium Spark Plugs represent the ultimate evolution of spark plug technology and performance. Iridium allows for a center electrode 75 percent the size of a platinum electrode and 24 percent the size of a conventional nickel electrode. The fine electrode tip is engineered for greater ignitability. And it's in the design of the iridium tip that makes Iridium IX a better spark plug. The electrode is not too thin and not too thick. It's just the right size to reduce the voltage required for spark and to maximize the overall longer life qualities of iridium.
Straight from NGK:
Iridium is a precious, silver-white metal and one of the densest materials found on earth. The natural properties of Iridium offered NGK the opportunity to create one of the world's finest spark plugs. The result are spark plugs that require less voltage to spark, burns fuel more efficiently, sparks at leaner air/fuel mixtures, and delivers higher horsepower and better gas mileage.
More Durability and a Higher Melting Point Than Platinum
Better Center Electrode Anti-Oxidation and Anti-Erosion
Improved Ignition
Superior Anti-Fouling
Lower Required Voltage

The factory gap is .028, but you are correct that you should not adjust the gap on iridium plugs.

Also from what I've gathered, we can run DR8eix or DCPR8EIX plugs. The differences are in the hex (What you use to tighten the plug) and the cap nut that goes into the spark plug boot (You can always reuse those).

Where did you get those plugs at? Every where else is about 8 each.

I went down to my neighborhood Murray's Discount Auto parts Store and ordered them. DR8EIX. They are only $6.99 Each from there and take a couple of days to get in.</end quote></div>

Murray's Discount Auto Parts (Reynolds Road Store) - I walked in and ordered them (Also ordered some BR8EIX's for my Polaris Sport 400 and my neighbor's Banshee). There is no shipping that way. I've never found them cheaper than that.
