im on my 2nd frame 06 outlander max xt
has anybody look into renforcing one

Do you have skid plates? I've heard that remedies this problem.

You can take all the "shootouts" and put them in one bucket and you won't have beans.

Skids are a good idea. There is also the option of putting 3 one inch square pieces of steel tubing in the bottom spar. Do a search and you should have prenty of info on the frame.

no i dont have any but i will buy some this time around
i also have been searching this morn for 1.5x4 .125 wall 4130 chromly box tube
im thinkin abuot cutting off bottom frame /spar and replacing it with new tube but the size sofar is a problem
the factory stuff is only .075 thin as tissue and about as strong
