Default Bleeder Valve

Okay I have a 2000 ds. I was wondering if I have to bleed the oil or not. There is an oil line that comes from the tank to the metal tube to the top of the motor. There is a small line that runs off of that metal tube back to the top of the tank, is that the automatic bleeder, or do I have to do it through the bleeder valve?

It should do it through the automatic bleeder. Start it and make sure the light goes out and it should be good to go.
