aight so basicly im having a reacuring coolent leak, basicly what happens is i have all my hoses on tight, then i go out for a full day of riding and when i put bike away and come check it in the morning for leaks, theres coolent all over the place, my motor is good and all my gaskets are perect, im confused about this and starting to get on my nerves, then im having a false N, i go to put it in gear and it doesnt click when u usly go from N to frist, then when i start letting out the clutch at about 60-65% out the N light pops on then it goes into gear just fine, does anyone got any advise about these problems? the dealer where i got the bike are ****ing morons and clueless =[

 

Can you see where it is leaking from, that would be a good start.

 

well at frist i thought it was comming from the motor but without removing the pastics its comming from above the motor dripping on the motor then foarming on my skid plate

 

There could be a over flow hose up there, I'm not sure though wouldn't hurt to check. I have only ridden the DS450 once and looked at it several times. I wish I had one to look into it for ya.

 

well all in all this is very annoying, im considering trading it in for a new quad, i love the ds450 and all but it seems like mine is *****ing up alot and im very **** about keepin it clean and changin oil and what not

 

Is their still a warrenty on the quad. Their has to be something the dealer can do for ya.

 

most def, i just dropped it off there gona give me some better aftermarket hoses+clamps for free i guess one of my hoses was cracked they said but i didnt see any cracks or what not but i guess next time ill have to take off the plastics xP

 

Dont trade it in for 1 little problem... no atv is bulletproof! The 450x is a animal
